SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

1. How We Ship  

All gear is made-to-order by our partner Printful and shipped directly to you. We don’t stockpile inventory. Average brands guess. We print when you order.

Processing Time: 2–7 business days. Printful needs time to print, cut, and pack your gear right. Rushing quality is average. We refuse.  

Shipping Time: Depends on your location + carrier. Estimates show at checkout. USPS and UPS handle it after Printful ships.  

Tracking: You’ll get an email with tracking once it leaves Printful’s facility.

2. Shipping Rates  

Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and location. We don’t mark it up. Stripe processes payment, Printful ships it. Clean comms chain.

3. Delays & Lost Packages  

If USPS/UPS drops the ball, email [email protected] with your order #. We’ll open a trace and fight to get you reprinted or refunded.  

We don’t control the mail. Average companies say “not our problem.” We refuse average.

4. Returns  

Standard Orders: 30 days from delivery for unopened, unworn, unwashed items. You pay return shipping. Tags must be on.  

Defective/Damaged/Misprint: Email us within 14 days of delivery with pics. We’ll reprint or refund. Printful screwed up = we fix it. Yes, we can.  

Wrong Size: Exchanges only if item is unopened/unworn. Otherwise, all sales final. Check the size chart before you order. Measure twice, order once. The AFT is the bare minimum — so is reading.

5. Custom/Personalized Items  

If we run them: All sales final unless defective. We made it for you, specifically.

6. International Orders  

We ship worldwide where Printful delivers. You’re responsible for any customs/duties/taxes. We can’t predict them. Refusing delivery = no refund.
